As soon as your sensors are installed, you will be provided with logins and passwords to access the smartphone application and dashboard. The data is also accessible as a CSV file and via API. Our project manager will show you the steps to follow according to your needs.
A configuration tool will be made available to you. IVS will make the first setup and will explain to you how to become independant on this matter.
An IRIS technician will make a pre-visit of your points of sale to define the installation procedure. The teams can intervene anywhere in France and in 32 countries. But if you want to work with your own technicians, we will send you a procedure to follow and we will accompany them remotely.
No objects should obstruct the field of view.
If you install the sensor yourself, IVS will show you the location on a map. Otherwise our installers will take care of everything.
You must provide at least :
- a 220V power point
- a wired RJ-45 or wifi network connection, or a 4G subscription
The sensors are preconfigured and you don’t have to plan anything.
- Your sensor has lost its power supply.
- Your network connection is faulty.
- Your sensor is defective.
In all cases, our remote maintenance system will detect that the box is no longer responding and we will contact you to locate the cause. If necessary, we will send you a technician.
You just have to unclip it from its support and return it to us. Our team will send you another pre-configured sensor. You will just have to reclip it and reconnect it.
